Workshops
My workshops, ceremonies and private sessions involves processes,
rituals and teachings that are designed to stretch you beyond
your habitual ego-based patterns. My mission is to use shamanic
journey work to bring inner shadow material into the light
of conscious awareness. Hopefully, through this inner exploration,
you will find yourself challenged to take responsibility for
your thoughts, actions and words in a new way.
I invite you to journey with me, to become increasingly familiar
with non-ordinary reality and your helping spirits so that,
together, we create practical, as well as deep alchemical
changes in how we feel and show up in our everyday lives.

"Introduction to Shamanic Journeying"
This class is a prerequisite for participation in Luisa's monthly Full-Heart-Wisdom shamanic journey circles. These shamanic healing circles engage the techinique of the core shamanic journey to transform emotional wounds and misperceptions into spiritual power and maturity.

Drawing on the Codependency model of Pia Mellody (core wound, adapted self, functional adult), this workshop facilitates in-depth healing of core emotional wounds using the techinique of the shamanic healing journey. Shamanic journeying bypasses rigid ego structures, allowing direct contact with inner emotional material.
There will be sacred ceremony, drumming, movement, sharing, creative art work, meditation and shamanic journeys.
Come prepared to do deep inner work and to have fun!

Autumn Equinox Shamanic Journey Evening
The autumnal and spring equinoxes are days of equal daylight and darkness. On this equinox evening, we will call upon the goddess Inanna and the traditions of the Eleusinian mysteries to prepare for our winter descent into the richness of inner space. We will meditate, drum and do several shamanic journeys to bring renewed balance and nourishment to our connection with Spirit.

Winter Solstice Shamanic Journey Evening
Winter solstice is a reminder that the light is born of darkness, just as awareness is born of going deep into the inner space of self and psyche. We will journey with our helping spirits to illuminate these questions: What nourishes your core values? Which beliefs, behaviors, fears can you give away, clearing psychic space for more aliveness? What part of your inner self is ready to be born?
We will do 2-3 shamanic journeys; there will be guided meditations, sharing, drumming and ceremony.
