Energy Field Healing & Chakra System Diagnosis
In a conscious, meditative state, I perceive, visually and kinesthetically, blockages and disruptions in the human energy field. Scanning the aura and the chakras provides information about the energy flow in a person’s physical and energy bodies. With this information, a larger picture of the client's health patterns emerges, and a treatment plan can be developed. The client's energy field is cleared and balanced through hands-on energy work and/or shamanic journeying.
In the specific technique of chakra reading, I review the chakras one by one and make a colored pencil drawing of the current state of the chakra system. Healing energy is directed to the client throughout a chakra reading, so that the session is both diagnostic and healing.
In addition to hands-on energy work, I use drums, rattles, chanting/singing, Tibetan bowl, crystals, essential oils, Aura Soma Quintessences, and Bach Flower Remedies to clear and heal the client's energy field.

Meditation
Meditation is the basic teaching that you are not your mind, but, rather, the witnessing consciousness that is able to watch the mind. I teach many kinds of meditation: zazen sitting meditation, guided imagery, shamanic and imaginal journeying. Learning to direct your attention inward is an essential emotional and spiritual skill.

Spiritual Mentorship
The mentorship relationship is a challenging approach to personal healing and spiritual growth, involving assignments and session work which stretch the client's ego boundaries. Exploration of psychological shadow material (especially the victimization/grandiosity split) is at the core of the mentorship. Mentees are expected to make emotional maturity and their relationship with Spirit the highest priorities in their lives: this includes making a commitment to physical, financial and emotional health.
Mentorship students learn to journey shamanically as a means of bridging inner and outer realities. Participation in Luisa's workshops is recommended. A personal mission statement and letter of intention are required to enter into the mentorship.
